Deputies at the Augusta County Sheriff’s Office have determined the Juvenile victim. The person who passed away in the terrible single-vehicle accident on the Augusta County interstate late Sunday, March 27, 2022, was Amber S. Rainsberger, 18, of Parker, Colorado. According to the Augusta County Sheriff’s Office, the information indicates that associates also obtained an emergency notification about a vehicle accident in the Augusta County neighbourhood.
Upon getting to the scene on westbound I-64, half a mile east of the I-81 interchange in Augusta County, deputies found that a Toyota 4-runner had overturned on the side of the road.
Deputies said the 2005 Toyota 4-Runner was traversing west on I-64 at 8:39. He was converted when he ran off the left side of the road, and ran off the left side of the road again and hit a barrier. After that, the vehicle toppled several times. The motorist of the automobile, recognized as 21-year-old Gabrielle N Woodbury of St. Johns, Fla., was retrieved and taken to nearby medical facilities for treatment of severe wounds.
Reports indicate that the driver was sporting his seatbelt. While the passenger, recognized as 18-year-old Amber S. Rainsberger of Parker, Colo., was not sporting a seatbelt at the time. Also, he was somewhat banished from the vehicle. Unfortunately, He was announced dead at the accident scene. The driver, Gabrielle, will be assessed for irresponsible driving (46.2-853). The collision stays under investigation.
