What happened to the California family?

Sheriff Vern Warnke told the media Wednesday night that “our greatest fears have been confirmed.”

According to the farmer, the victims were found together around 5:30 p.m. in an orchard in “extremely” remote and rural Merced County.

The victims:

Eight-month-old Aroohi Dheri, her mother Jasleen Kaur, her father Jasdeep Singh and her 39-year-old uncle were all kidnapped on Monday, according to CCTV footage released by the authorities. That’s how the announcement came about.

Authorities said the kidnappers’ absence was caused by a convicted robber making an attempt on his life the day after the kidnappings.

What were Warnke’s views on the situation?

Warnke said: “I cannot explain the senselessness of this situation and my current outrage.

As I said earlier, there is a special place in Hell for that person.

Warnke claimed that investigators, including technicians from the California Department of Justice’s crime lab, spent all night processing the crime scene.

He initially left out other facts.

The sheriff claimed that detectives were looking for an explanation for the deaths.

“For what? We lost a whole family and why? We’re still unsure,” he said.

Family members were told of the deaths, the sheriff claims.

Warnke continued, “It’s not the solution we were looking for and it’s not the solution they expected, but at least they can have a solution now.”

The family members were kidnapped from their place of work in Merced, California, a city of 86,000 people located 200 kilometers southeast of San Francisco and known for its agricultural industry.

Jesus Salgado: who is he?

According to Warnke, who spoke to KFSN-TV on Tuesday, Jesus Salgado, 48, told his family he was involved in the kidnapping.

Salgado was hospitalized after attempting to commit suicide before police arrived at a nearby Atwater residence

Although Warnke claimed that Salgado spoke to the detectives, he gave no further details.

In the past, Salgado had been convicted in Merced County of attempted wrongful imprisonment, first-degree robbery with a gun, and attempting to intimidate a victim or witness.

He was sentenced to 11 years in prison in that case, according to the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation.

He was released from prison in 2015 and three years later he completed his parole.

He was also found guilty of possession of a controlled narcotic, according to prison officials.

On Wednesday, all efforts to get in touch with Salgado’s family were unsuccessful.

CCTV video captures the entire incident.

The suspect first walks past the house before approaching one of the men in video released earlier Wednesday.

The next scene shows him leading the men into the back seat of the pickup truck with their wrists secured with zip ties behind their backs.

After ushering Jasdeep Singh into the truck from the trailer used as the company office, the suspect left. Singh was holding her child in her arms at the time.

The family claims nothing was taken from the trucking business, although all of their relatives wore jewelry.

After the kidnappings in At Water, about 14 kilometers north of Merced, an ATM card from one of the victims was used, Warnke said.

According to Warnke, the kidnapper did not demand a ransom.

The victims’ families had already asked that anyone who owns a grocery store or gas station in the area check their security tapes for footage of the suspect or family.

The family said they were concerned the baby would not be fed because they did not have any baby food with them at the time of the kidnapping.

Sukhdeep Singh’s brother appealed to viewers to help them, asking, “Please help us, come forward so my family can get home safely.”

The victim’s family members share their feelings

Family members claimed that Unison Trucking Inc., the family business, had only recently opened its offices.

“My husband is a very calm and collected person.

What feelings did the detectives and police officers express?

Salgado and the family had no connections to each other that would indicate they knew each other prior to the kidnapping.

Deputy Alexandra Britton said at the time: “We believe it was accidental”.

“We have no evidence to the contrary”

The sheriff claims detectives believe the kidnapper covered his tracks by destroying unnamed evidence.

The Sheriff’s Department reports that Amandeep Singh’s truck caught fire on Monday.

A relative tried to contact Amandeep Singh and the couple at his home, so police from the Merced Police Department went there.

Unable to reach her family members, they reportedly called the Merced County Sheriff’s Office to report her missing.

A farmer in Dos Palos, a town 48 kilometers (30 miles) southwest of Merced, reportedly found a victim’s phone on a road and answered when the family called, according to Merced County Undersheriff Corey Gibson.
