The dispatcher describes the woman “screaming” at 911 Aaron Carter
The landlady, who discovered Aaron Carter in the bathtub on Saturday, frantically “screamed” during a conversation with 911.
According to the sound obtained by TMZthe dispatcher noticed an “adult woman screaming” and mentioned someone “in the bathtub”, sending the units to the scene at around 11 o’clock
The sun also reported neighbors around Carter’s home in California I heard the landlady scream“He’s dead, he’s dead.”
“It is with great regret to confirm that Aaron Carter did not respond to this message at his home in Palmdale, California,” a representative of the 34-year-old singer confirmed on Saturday.
“The family has been notified and is flying to Los Angeles. Aaron worked very hard towards the end of his life to be a good father and reconcile with his family. “
The official cause of death has not been announced.
Carter’s fiancée, Melanie Martin, with whom he shared Prince’s 11-month-old son, was photographed and sobbed outside her house after the news broke.
She posted a photo of her kissing Carter on her Instagram story, writing “Can’t Breathe” on it.
She later released a statement which read: “We are still in the process of accepting this unfortunate reality. Your thoughts and prayers are greatly appreciated. ”
Carter’s brother, Backstreet Boys member Nick Carter also referred to his “complicated” relationship with his younger siblings as a heartfelt tribute.
“Today my heart was broken” described a long Instagram post next to a photo slideshow.
“Although my brother and I had a complicated relationship, my love for him has never died down. I always hoped that one day he would want to walk the healthy path and finally find the help he so desperately needed. “
He concluded, “I’m going to miss my brother more than anyone will ever know. I love you Chizz. Now is your chance to finally have some peace that you will never find here on earth… God, please take care of my little brother.
The siblings have had strained relationships over the years, and Nick has demanded that they be barred from approaching his younger brother in September 2019.
It wasn’t the only drama that plagued the last years of his life as he struggled with addiction, relationship struggles and family trauma.
Back in September, the singer of “Aaron’s Party” told fans that he had “voluntarily” entered an outpatient program at a rehabilitation center in an attempt to regain custody of his young son.
“I haven’t had any relapses or anything like that, it’s just that the triggers are big for me now [and] I want my son back, “he he confessed to the sun then.
