Kim Kardashian slammed for ‘Friendsgiving’ with Tristan Thompson
No one messes with the Kardashian family and gets away with it, except for Tristan Thompson, it seems.
Kim Kardashian has come under fire for spending time with her sister Khloé Kardashian’s cheating ex during this week’s Thanksgiving celebrations.
Skims founder, 42, posted on Instagram on Thursday that she and Thompson, 31, had recently visited a juvenile facility in Los Angeles to dine with young men before the summer vacation.
“This year I’m really grateful for the people I’ve met in all the prisons across the country,” she captioned a series of shots from the event. “This week @realtristan13 and I had an inspiring Friends Day dinner with the young men trapped at Camp Kilpatrick.”
Kim added: “These young men deserved this model camp in Malibu for their excellent behavior. Many attend college classes and have made tremendous changes in their lives.”
“My favorite part of our dinner was walking around the table and hearing what their dreams and aspirations were,” she concluded. “I can’t wait for them all to come true.”
Despite the healthy post – which included a series of photos of the group sharing a meal – fans were quick to criticize Thompson’s presence in the comments section.
“Why are you doing this with Tristan after what he did to your sister?” Please make it make sense,” one person wrote.
Another follower commented, “Kim, what we’re not going to do is make Tristan an enemy and then try to give him his redemption bow. Blur his face lol.
A third jokingly chimed in, “I see they finally put Tristan in jail.”
The NBA player, who has a 4-year-old daughter True and a 3-month-old son with Khloé, cheated on her multiple times during their relationship.
Thompson was first caught unfaithful to the 38-year-old founder of Good American the weekend before welcoming their daughter, True, in April 2018.
After Khloé forgave him, he was seen cuddling with Kylie Jenner’s former best friend Jordyn Woods at a party.
Most recently, Thompson fathered a child with a woman named Maralee Nichols, who conceived the child the same weekend Khloé threw him a 30th birthday party.
He initially denied being the father of Nichols’ son and even appeared to threaten her with alimony.
However, DNA showed that he was the father, and little Theo was born on December 1, 2021.
The revelation apparently put an end to Thompson and Khloé’s relationship for good, but the former couple still closely co-parent their children.
