Khloé Kardashian lost 80 pounds post-pregnancy by giving up this product



Khloé Kardashian shared how she lost 80 pounds after welcoming daughter True in 2018.

The “Kardashians” star explained that the lifestyle and diet changes she learned before getting pregnant made it easier for her to lose weight, as she weighed over 200 pounds after giving birth.

“I would throw away all soda,” she said during an appearance on Tuesday’s episode of the “She MD” podcast..

“I gradually cut things out. I did it for a week and then I threw out one more thing because I realized that when I was younger I did every diet under the sun.”

“It took me a long time to train, and when I got pregnant with True, I weighed 204 pounds at delivery,” Kardashian, 39, continued.

At the time, the mother of two asked herself, “How am I going to do this again?”

“It took me years to get it right the first time, but because I had all the tools in my toolbox, I knew what to do, and I actually lost weight much faster than ever before,” she said. “I was so proud of myself for doing it twice.”

According to the Daily Mail, Kardashian now weighs 123 pounds.

For years, she was stuck in a toxic “emotion eater” cycle, often binging on unhealthy food and then crying about her choices.

“I was sad, so I needed ice cream again. It was this crazy, repetitive cycle,” she said.

“For me, it took years,” she added. “I have always been plump and athletic. I always played sports, I was never in shape. I care more about food because I’m determined, so I’ve had to retrain myself when it comes to what I can eat [and] what I couldn’t eat.”

The Good American co-founder hit the gym five days a week, doing cardiovascular intervals combined with weight lifting.

“If I’m getting ready for a shoot, I do pilates and exercise,” the reality star continued.

After developing her perfect body, Kardashian has often allowed herself to slack on her eating, even though she no longer has an appetite for her old guilty pleasures.

“Now that I’m in a good place physically, which I like, I kind of eat what I want,” she explained. “But because my brain is so trained, you don’t even want to eat half of that crap.”

When he needs a treat, he usually reaches for pizza.
