“I was a 14-year-old virgin”
Warren’s prosecutor Beatty went into detail about the alleged statutory rape she claims she survived at the hands of a movie star – four years before she sued him.
Kristina Charlotte Hirsch – who filed a lawsuit against 85-year-old Beatty on Monday in the Los Angeles Supreme Court – posted a video on YouTube in 2018 under the title “STATUTORY STATEMENT ON RAPA WARREN BEATTY: Sexual abuse of children and teenagers in Hollywood”.
In a selfie video that Hirsch shot outdoors, she stated: “In 1973, I was a 14-year-old virgin.”
She claimed to have been “brought and introduced” to an actor – who was then about 35 years old – on the set of his thriller “Parallax View” for “the purpose of sexual submission to an adult.”
Hirsch claimed that she was “unaware” of what was happening then, claiming that they were both “maintaining a relationship” from the spring of 1973 to January 1974, which she thought was “exceptional”.
She said she now realizes it was “a crime that was Beatty [allegedly] committing rape [her]forcing [her] have oral sex with him, have oral sex with [her]sodomization [her] and emotionally harmful [her] for the last 44 years. “
“Our time is God’s time, and our patience is a virtue,” she said. “By the grace of God, we ask all predators, pedophiles, Hebephiles and all those who are not well to repent and seek advice.”
At the time of the filming of her, Hirsch said she was an ordained minister in the Unitarian Church and introduced herself as Pastor Tina St. Claire.
She ended her message by asking Anderson Cooper to interview her about her claims.
In her lawsuit, Hirsch – who now lives in Louisiana – accused Beatty of “predatory seduction” and forcing her to have sex with him when she was a minor.
In her lawsuit, which was obtained on Wednesday by Page Six, she claimed that the Oscar-winner had given her “undue attention” when they met on a movie set and that he had allegedly commented on “her appearance repeatedly”, called her multiple times. he brought her with him on car rides, offered to help her with her homework, and invited her to his hotel.
She also accused him of having spoken to her on several occasions “about losing his virginity” and describing his alleged behavior as “oppressive, malicious and contemptible because it was intentional and done with deliberate disregard for [her] rights and security ”.
Hirsch is seeking a trial by jury and is seeking compensation for her mental, psychological and emotional distress.
Beatty officials have yet to respond to Page Six’s numerous requests for comment.
