Counselor Wendy Williams hires armed security amid threats of death

Financial adviser Wendy Williams says she is “a prisoner in her own home” and has been forced to hire armed security guards to protect her family from death threats.

Lori Schiller only tells Page Six that since she was the day’s talk show host, she publicly stated that she canned Wells Fargo’s advisor, she went “through hell.”

“I have 24-hour armed policemen outside my house checking anyone who enters my front door. This is starting to affect my life. I am a prisoner in my own home, ”she tells us, adding that her constant work on the account puts her family at risk.

“I live in my own hell here,” he says.

Schiller tells Page Six that despite Williams’ claims, she was never fired and continues to be the account’s lead advisor during the talk show host’s lawsuit against the bank.

She says she has “all positive” conversations with Williams, with whom she has been “very close” for 12 years.

Despite public flogging by 58-year-old Williams after Wells Fargo’s February claims that she needed a tutor, Schiller says she has been internally praised by the bank for the work she has done to protect Williams from those seeking financial harm to her – but the bank he will not publicly support her.

“All I did was keep the law to the very end, and Wells Fargo praised me for all my efforts,” says Schiller, noting that the bank is paying the bill for the security of her home. “I gave them enough time and stood up for me and made a statement, and for some reason they just put it aside.”

Schiller and her attorney, Anthony Mango, who was also present during the phone call, said there was reportedly a gag order in the lawsuit that had been closed since then, so they could not discuss the details of the pending case. However, she noted that Wells Fargo, not Schiller, was seeking custody of Williams because of a “pattern” of behavior that made the problems “visible.”

“Wells Fargo has taken the lead,” he says. “I just don’t think people understand the complexity of what goes on behind the scenes.

“It’s a really bad time to look after,” adds Schiller, alluding to Britney Spears’ recent freedom from her own conservatory.

Schiller explains that a guardian, who was appointed shortly after Wells Fargo’s first filing, serves as the liaison between Williams and Wells Fargo. The author of “Wendy Williams Experience” has access to her money to support her, but the maintainer will object to a request that appears to come from someone “improperly influencing” Williams.

“While we are unable to discuss employee matters, the financial well-being of our clients is fundamental to everything we do,” a Wells Fargo spokesman for Page Six said Friday.

Williams’ former attorney LaShawn Thomas told Page Six in May that the shocking bastard had “disagreed” with the guardian.

“Wendy has made it very clear that she doesn’t want the financial manager to tell her what he can and cannot do with his money,” said Thomas.

Thomas added that Williams “feels she is capable” of hiring her own team to work for her “and not in court”.

Wells Fargo has no questions and answers about my money. It’s unfair. And Lori Schiller and Wells Fargo have this custody petition to keep me out of my money, Williams said in a video posted on social media.

“It’s not right and it’s not fair.”

However, just a few months later, Williams returned to a drug rehab center to treat her alcohol addiction problems.

“I’m blamed for being in rehab,” says Schiller.

Williams finished her treatment in October, and her representative, Shawn Zanotti, told Page Six at the time that she had come home and “treated”.

“Thank you to my fans for your love, support and lots of prayers, I am back and better than ever,” Williams added in her statement.

While Williams, who was photographed this week in her iconic purple chair, is doing “better than ever,” Schiller tells us that being the scapegoat for both the bank and Williams has taken its toll.

“I don’t want to leave Wells Fargo. I want it to work, ”says Schiller. “I gave them 10 months of my life to stand up for me. They must do the right thing. It’s actually more about my future career to advance my career from here to establish order.

“It’s not fair that I have received death threats,” says Schiller. “That my 11-year-old daughter has to sleep in my bed [out of fear]”.

Williams officials did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.
