He was well known for when he presented tv shows of channel 4 programs Embarrassing Bodies (2007 to 2015) and Supersize vs superskinny in the year 2008 to 2014. He has a specific interest in HIV and malaria, for which he dedicated the focus of his work for two years in Kenya and Uganda. As a spokesperson for HIV education and testing, he was named for National HIV Testing Week Ambassador in 2015. during the 2019 Conservative Party leadership election, he supports Boris Johnson.
