Harry Jowsey reveals he had a girlfriend on ‘DWTS’ – but it wasn’t Rylee Arnold

Harry Jowsey said these Rylee Arnold dating rumors after the pair’s undeniable chemistry on “Dancing with the Stars” had fans speculating for months about their relationship status.

In the premiere episode his new podcast “Boyfriend Material” the reality star claimed that not only did he and Arnold never date, but also that he had a secret girlfriend during the dance competition.

“Now I know what you’re thinking: ‘Harry, are you and Rylee dating?’ Are we together? Do I run it? Are we dating?” – he started. “What if I told you that at the beginning of Dancing with the Stars I was actually in a secret relationship?”

Elsewhere in the episode, Jowsey revealed that he was “madly in love” with another girl. Although the “Too Hot to Handle” star did not reveal the woman’s identity, some fans believe it could have been “Love Is Blind” alum Jessica Vestal. They were spotted packing into their PDA in Mexico in June 2023.

Jowsey took notice of him, and Arnold eventually “separated” him and his unidentified girlfriend.

“Obviously it ended and it fizzled because it’s very hard to see your boyfriend or girlfriend on ‘Dancing with the Stars’ being so close to someone else,” he explained. “Day by day [seeing] TikToks, news articles… absolutely everything.”

While it’s unclear exactly when they broke up, Jowsey told the woman he missed her and then went on to give more details about his relationship with Arnold.

“She was so sweet, without a doubt,” Jowsey said of meeting the 18-year-old dancer, whom he described as a “sweet blonde” who was competing as a professional for the first time.

“But remember, guys, I had a secret girlfriend at the time, so I didn’t even think about it. I behaved like a good boy.

While filming season 32, the pair spent “at least 28 hours a week together.” Naturally, they “really got closer” when they opened up about their personal lives during hours of rehearsals.

However, Jowsey said the couple “set boundaries from the beginning” because he felt he wasn’t the “right guy” for her.

“I told her, ‘I love you and I care about you enough to tell you I’m not the right guy,'” he recalled, noting that he didn’t want to “rob her of her 20s.”

“I’m sorry if this answer breaks some hearts, but I’m here to confirm once and for all that Rylee and I were never [in] any kind of relationship,” he alleged.

However, he claimed that the duo “never gave in” to dating rumors or “pretended” for the cameras.

“It was just organic,” he added. “What you saw looked something like this. It was just incredible love and incredible friendship and just an incredible bond that we had.”

Arnold and Jowsey’s romance rumors first surfaced in October 2023, when they were spotted holding hands while leaving a concert together.

Jowsey told Page Six at the time that he and Arnold “enjoy being together” and “if something happens, something happens.”

The following month, the reality star added fuel to the fire by purchasing a $14,600 Van Cleef bracelet for Arnold.

However, in his latest podcast episode, Jowsey apparently admitted that he bought his then-girlfriend the same expensive item.

Jowsey told listeners that when he and the woman broke up, he bought her “a frozen Cartier nail [bracelet,] Van Cleef ruby ​​diamond earrings and another Van Cleef bracelet.

While the professional dancer has yet to directly address her former partner’s comments, fans have noticed that she recently unfollowed him on Instagram.

After leaving the episode, Arnold he posted some telling TikToks via mind-boggling audio recordings, including one about “catching flights, not feelings.”

She also seemingly shaded the podcast host calling herself a “cute little blonde” in one of the videos, the same description that Jowsey used when telling the story of their first meeting.

The dancer’s older sister, Brylee Arnold, also chimed in: commenting on another post, “The cutest blonde I’ve ever seen.”
